FAQ'S

How many tickets will we need for this experience? Each guest ages two and older (including adults) must have a ticket, as we are serving all kinds of goodies for everyone to enjoy!

How long will the experience last? Your Santa experience begins when you arrive as elves, and Mrs. Claus greets you. You are encouraged to write a letter to Santa and enjoy some of the delicious treats available to you. All in all, the experience should last no more than about an hour and your photo session/visit with Santa takes about five minutes.

What if we are late? Simply let the host know by text at 936-203-3412 and we will be happy to reschedule

How many photos will you take? The photos will capture framable shots and slice-of-life photos as well. All of these digital images will be presented to you on a link, which you can download to your phone and share with friends and family.

Will there be any printed pictures? We are going exclusively digital for this year.

Will there be anything else that we need to purchase? There is nothing else to purchase, as this is an inclusive experience.
